PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: yes, he has a gun and he will use it. feel free to discuss with me beforehand how we want an altercation to go
RELATIONSHIPS: yes!! ota, 17+. i prefer chemistry over just about everything, but kurapika generally works best with people who are kindhearted and/or who irritate him. banter is loved. he is also, unfortunately, pretty slowburn. in terms of canon, i ship him with leorio and chrollo (though i would also love a melody if anyone actually plays her).
for reference, i default to the current (succession/dark continent) arc where he is 19. however, i'm happy to play him from yorknew or anywhere between then and current chapters, so just ask if you'd like that instead!
i am also open to smut (18+, ota), but prefer for there to be established CR beforehand and for it to drive CR development. chat with me first, please!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: androgynous. typically wears a suit with sleeves just long enough to cover the chains connected to rings on his right hand. his hair is blond and sits just below his chin, and his eyes are a soft brown. he's also on the shorter side at 5'7"
AURAL: he's generally condescending in tone most of the time, despite his relatively soft and gentle voice. he is voiced by miyuki sawashiro. sample here.
OLFACTORY: most likely a very lightly scented soap or a cologne with a light, but clean and fresh scent (think d&g light blue or ck one)
DEMEANOUR: intimidating, carries himself with an authority that gives the impression that he knows what he's doing, even if he doesn't. generally very serious and reserved
PERSONALITY: very matter of fact and blunt, the sort of person that doesn't pull any verbal punches or beat around the bush. he's direct, but avoidant all the same. has a kind heart but has a tendency to be ruthless

let me know here if you would like to opt out of kurapika entirely, or if you do not want me to tag you! his backstory touches on the following: genocide, familial death, torture, lots and lots of eye horror. i will always warn for these topics, but please let me know if you would like to opt out of anything in particular. as a heads up, his whole deal has a lot to do with eyes.
